Agreement to Terms
By contacting us, requesting a quote, or hiring us for concrete services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
DBC Diamond Bar Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, and commercial concrete work. All services are performed by licensed professionals following industry best practices and local building codes.
Quotes and Estimates
We provide free quotes for concrete projects. All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and our site evaluation. Final pricing may vary if project conditions differ from initial assessment. We will inform you of any changes before proceeding with work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typical payment structure includes:
- Deposit required to schedule work
- Progress payments for larger projects
- Final payment upon project completion and your approval
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is due as specified in your contract.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated completion timelines for all projects. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Permits and Approvals
We will advise you if your project requires permits. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing. We can assist with the permit process as part of our service.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide clear access to the work area. Please remove vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other items from the work zone. We maintain a safe work site, but you are responsible for keeping children and pets away from active construction areas.
Warranty
We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. Warranty terms will be specified in your project contract. Normal wear, damage from misuse, or issues caused by ground movement are not covered by warranty.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be outlined in your contract. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered.
Liability
DBC Diamond Bar Concrete carries appropriate insurance for our work. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions on your property, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by acts of nature. You are responsible for marking underground sprinkler lines and other utilities.
Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues. Both parties agree to make good faith efforts to resolve disagreements before pursuing legal action. Any disputes will be governed by California state law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
